GISA Art Show

GISA is excited to announce an opportunity for our member school art students to showcase their talents in art by participating in the 2026 GISA Virtual Art Show!

The focus and purpose of this opportunity in art education are grounded in age-appropriate developmental practices. Elementary lessons focus on process, exploration, and initial experience with skills and concepts relating to art. Middle-level lessons build upon exploration and broadening of skill and concept development. High school art integrates the components of a comprehensive art education toward a deeper understanding of art and the refinement of the student’s personal expression. (Source: NAEA Policy).
