Most independent schools are either in a capital campaign, getting ready for a campaign, or finishing a campaign. We will examine four elements that are critical to campaign fundraising success:
1. A strong, well articulated case for support
2. A sound, written strategy for success
3. Volunteer and staff leadership committed to and trained for success
4. Effective execution of the plan and strategies
Part I includes pre-campaign planning, getting organized and the role of the board/leadership. Part II reveals details of an active campaign and the importance of stewardship.
